We supply the machine, the products and the service; the venue earns from the sales.
Do I need to invest anything to host a Yalo machine?
No. Yalo provides the vending machine, installation, products, restocking, cleaning and maintenance. The venue only offers the space.
How much does it cost to place a vending machine in my business?
Placing a Yalo vending machine requires no investment from your business. Yalo covers the machine, installation, products and maintenance, and your venue earns from the sales.
How does my venue earn money?
You receive either a commission on the machine's sales or a fixed monthly amount. We agree the model that suits your venue before installation.
What products can a Yalo machine sell?
The product mix is tailored to each location. Besides drinks, coffee and snacks, we can stock healthy food, protein products, power banks and chargers, travel essentials and personal care items such as tampons, sanitary pads and condoms.
Can the machine match our brand and interior?
Yes. The look of the machine can be customised together with your venue, with a special wrap and your branding.
Which payment methods do the machines accept?
Yalo machines are cashless. Customers pay by bank card, contactless (including mobile wallets on phones and watches) or through an app.
Where does Yalo Vending operate?
We are starting in Athens and Attica and expanding across Greece. If your venue is elsewhere in Greece, contact us anyway.
What kind of venue is suitable for a vending machine?
Any space with steady daily traffic: gyms, hotels, offices and factories, universities and student residences, airports, ports and stations, residential complexes, hospitals, shopping malls, cinemas, museums and theatres.
How much space does a vending machine need?
Most machines need a small floor area of about one square metre, a standard power socket and enough room for people to stand in front of it. We check the spot during our visit.
Who restocks and maintains the machine?
Yalo does. Our team restocks the machine, keeps it clean and takes care of any maintenance or repairs, so the venue has nothing to manage.
Can the products be changed over time?
Yes. We follow what sells and regularly adjust the selection to the people who use your space.
How do I get a Yalo machine for my venue?

Do you install coffee vending machines?
Yes. Depending on the venue we place coffee vending machines, snack and drink machines, fresh food machines, or a combination.
Do you work outside Athens?
We are starting in Athens and Attica and expanding to other cities and islands in Greece, such as Thessaloniki, Patras, Heraklion and the Cyclades. Contact us wherever your venue is.

Can you stock only healthy products?
Yes. For gyms we focus on protein, low-sugar and performance products, and we can adapt the selection to your members' preferences.
Does it work in a 24-hour gym?
Yes. The machine is cashless and works around the clock, so members are served at any hour without staff.
Hotels & short-stay apartments
Can the machine fit our hotel's style?
Yes. We choose a model and placement that suit your lobby or corridor, and the look of the machine can be customised with a special wrap and your branding.
Is it suitable for seasonal hotels on the islands?
Yes. We can plan the service around your season and adjust the product mix to the period of the year.

Can we subsidise products for our employees?

How big does our office need to be?

Yes. Many campuses want discreet, 24/7 access to products like tampons, sanitary pads and condoms, and we can include them in the mix.
Do you work with student residences too?

Can you place machines in ferry ports?
Yes. Ports and ferry terminals are a strong fit in Greece, especially during the summer season.

Where in the building can the machine go?
Usually in the lobby, the entrance hall or the garage, anywhere with good access for residents and a power socket.
Who decides which products are stocked?
We propose a mix based on the building and then adjust it according to what residents actually buy.

Will a vending machine compete with our cafés?
No. We focus on grab-and-go products and on areas far from your food court, so we complement your tenants.
Can you install several machines?
Yes. In large malls we can propose several smaller points across floors and parking levels.

Can you place machines in archaeological sites?
Archaeological sites and state museums in Greece are managed by public bodies, so placement follows their procedures. Private museums, galleries, theatres and cultural centres can work with us directly.
Can the products match our visitors?
